CASSANDRE CECCHELLA
Trained in the Toulouse region, graduated with honors in art and sculpture, Cassandre's work is part of several public collections. She has completed several residencies and public projects throughout France.
Cassandre defines herself above all as a painter who explores our daily life. She wants to understand the essence of painting – how to construct a painting, how to play with colors. She evolves between reality and its representation, between the figurative and abstraction. Cassandre's landscapes are not picturesque or bucolic. They bear witness to the magic of the moment by revealing details often invisible to the usual gaze.
In silence, far from the daily noise, her landscapes take shape from elements of our daily life: roads, bridges, signs, trees, vegetation or even a fragment of wall which, together, create unexpected scenographies. A stillness of details, patterns frozen in the moment that form Cassandre's pictorial interest. In perpetual quest, Cassandre explores a universe both visible and hidden, inviting you to rediscover the beauty of everyday life from a new angle.
