Lise Chevalier's work comes in the form of installations, drawings, photographs, writing, artist's books, ceramics whose alternation and correspondences tend to make visible the synchrony of nature and the imaginary.

 

After studying at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Montpellier and the University of the Arts in Berlin, she exhibited her work in France and abroad: Galerie AL/MA (Montpellier), Centre Culturel Métropolitain (Quito), Künstlerhaus Bethanien art center (Berlin), Auberge de France in Rhodes, French Institute in Kyoto. She founded and directs the residency for European women artists ATENA in Sète.
